In every petition related to the case under the jurisdiction of the constitutional bench, the following matters should be explained in brief:-
(a) Name of the case, serial number and year of the case,
(b) The subject of the application, the subject of the claim, the basis and reason thereof,
(c) Constitutional and Legal Provisions,
(d) Other essential subjects.
